All domestic orders are shipped via SICEPAT (www.sicepat.com)

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

All international orders are shipped via JNE International (www.jne.co.id)

Deliveries to countries outside Indonesia are shipped on a DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid). We can not guarantee the cost of fees upon delivery.

SHIPPING PROCESS

It will take 1-2 business days (Monday – Friday) to process your order after the payment confirmation. The item(s) will be checked and packaged carefully to ensure they are in excellent condition. We are not responsible for the lost item when in delivery, or caused by the misspelled and/or incomplete shipping address provided by you. We do not ship on Saturday, Sunday, and public holidays.

TRACKING

A shipping confirmation is emailed to you as soon as your purchase has been shipped. We provide tracking numbers contained within the shipment notification email when your order leaves our warehouse.
