These terms and conditions apply to all purchase orders submitted to Josephine Anni’s website (in the following referred to as the Website). This website is operated by Josephine Anni and throughout the site the terms “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to Josephine Anni. We encourage you to read these terms and conditions in their entirety before submitting an order. These terms and conditions may be updated and vary from time to time.
Josephine Anni reserves the right to decline or rescind a purchase agreement if fraud or other actions similar to fraud, such as unlawful use of another person’s account or credit card, are suspected.
PRICING AND PAYMENT
PRICES
While we try to ensure that all prices and information on our website are accurate, errors may occur. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions and to change or update information. If we discover an error in the price of the merchandise you have ordered, we will give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or canceling it. If we are unable to contact you, we will treat the order as cancelled.
The prices in our website constitute the total price (include VAT), but do not include delivery costs or potential payment fees.
Vouchers and discount codes applied to specific terms and conditions within the different promos.
CHANGES/CANCELLATIONS
We do not offer order cancellations after the payment has been made. If you wish to modify your order after payment, please send an email as soon as possible to hello@josephineanni.com. Change can only be done with the same or lower price* and the difference will be exchanged for a voucher (valid for 30 days). However, once an order has been processed for shipment we are unable to modify or cancel the order for any reason. In this case, please refer to our Return & Exchange policy.
(*) For higher price exchanges, the difference can be done by manual payments to our bank account.
PAYMENT
Payment is currently made in Indonesia Rupiah (IDR) for shipments to Indonesia and US Dollars ($) for worldwide shipments. Once your order has been confirmed, you will receive an email notification of the order. Payment must be completed within 1 x 24 hours to continue processing. Failure upon payment will be considered as cancellation. Please note that we do not hold responsible for payment mistakes.

For domestic order the following payment methods are accepted:

COLORS
We cannot guarantee that the colors appearing in this website reflect the clothes’ colors in reality. The colors can be reflected in different ways depending on for example your computer or phone screen, graphic card and the computer settings.

You may purchase products on josephineanni.com for personal use only and not for resale. By placing an order on josephineanni.com, you certify that you are purchasing products for your own personal use and not for resale and that you accept the Terms and Conditions. We reserve the right to refuse orders for any reason without explanation.
